📖 “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” – Philippians 4:13
I remember my daughter sitting in her bedroom just weeks before her board exam as a medical technologist. The books were piled high. Her notes were scattered. But the heaviest thing in the room wasn’t on her desk—it was on her heart.
She had tried to be everything—a top student, the eldest sibling setting the standard, a supportive daughter. And silently, she wrestled with the unspoken comparisons made between her and her competitive cousins.
One night, with tears in her eyes, she whispered, “What if I fail?”
I sat beside her and gently reminded her of a truth that had carried me through my hardest days: “You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.”
That verse isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being carried when you can’t carry yourself. It’s about leaning on God when you’ve run out of strength.
Paul wrote those words while imprisoned—yet he spoke with unshakable confidence. Why? Because his source wasn’t his situation. It was Christ.
You or your children may feel the pressure to meet expectations, to achieve, to prove yourself—but you don’t have to do it alone.
When your strength fails, His strength steps in.
That board exam? My daughter passed—with peace in her heart and faith in her step.
💛 Moms, remind your children (and yourself): You are not what others expect. You are who God equips.
✨ Whatever season you’re in—exams, parenting, pressure—know this:
👉 You can do all things through Christ who strengthens you.
